Originally from Belgrade, Serbia, Pero Dzakic brings a unique blend of international perspective, athletic discipline, and hands-on construction experience to Smart Homes & Remodeling.

A former college soccer athlete, Pero earned his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mount Mercy University. Growing up in a family rooted in the construction industry, he developed a strong passion for building early on.

After moving to the United States, he combined his business education with his construction background to pursue his vision of delivering high- quality, client-focused remodeling and building services.

As Owner and C.O.O., Pero is committed to excellence, communication, and creating homes that truly reflect each client’s lifestyle and goals.
